Whether you are curious about regular personal training or just want one session for some guidance around a specific issue, I offer assessments and 60-minute coaching sessions over Zoom and in-person in and around Kingston, NY.

My approach to coaching blends myriad somatic, movement, and exercise forms which I have trained in throughout my life and can range from hard-core athletic training to injury prevention and recovery to subtle, somatic nervous system work for emotional health, and expressive, exploratory movement.
